Does the free account trial really free?
Yes, the free trial has no hidden charges and you do not need a credit card. The trial comes with full Pro Plan features such as unlimited staff logins, scheduling appointments, text reminders, calendar syncing and our Zoom integration.
Do you offer special pricing for nonprofits?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount on our annual plans. To receive the discount, email nonprofits@bookafy.com
Which payment methods are accepted?
All of our plans are paid via credit card (in USD). If you make an annual payment of over $10,000, you can request a payment by invoice. If you wish to pay by invoice while paying under $10,000 annually, there is a $250 service fee per invoice.
What is a ‘User’ in the Bookafy App?
In our system, a ‘User’ is typically a staff member who can book appointments or act as an admin. However, it can also include contractors, service providers, or even an additional Google calendar for booking two appointments at one time. Our pricing plans are based on the number of users. We offer an unlimited number of customers on all of our plans from Free to Pro+.
Are text messages included in the plans?
All of our paid plans include free text message reminders. The number of reminders varies across plans. The Pro Plan comes with 1 text reminder per appointment, and the Pro+ Plan comes with 2 text reminders per appointment. The free plan does not include text messaging.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade and downgrade from Free to Pro to Pro+ and vice versa, at any time. Simply remove all but 1 user to switch plans. Each time you add or remove users, your billing will automatically reflect that.
Is there a discount on annual plans?
Yes. We offer over 20% off on all annual plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. A canceled plan will not be renewed at its due date, whether it’s a monthly or yearly plan.
Can I integrate third-party software into my Bookafy scheduling software?
Yes. You can integrate a wide range of third-party services and applications into your Bookafy scheduling app. These include Stripe, Outlook, Google Calendar, iCal, Mailchimp, Zapier, Teams, and many more.
Does Bookafy offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on any of our plans. There is no long term commitment and you can cancel anytime. If you arent certain about using the software long term, you can sign up for the monthly plan. We do offer a discount on our yearly plans in exchange for the longer commitment. You may also use our free plan which lets you book online appointments, enable rescheduling, schedule appointments for multiple staff members, manage no-shows, and add multiple time zones, all at ZERO cost.
